The Battle for the Truth

Sometimes, people act like Christians, but aren't really ones. This is what Ken talked about in the sermon today. The second to last book in the Bible, Jude, warns about apostasy, a word which means to fall away from the truth. People can slip in among Christians and cause them to live in a way that does not please God. People need to actually trust in God, and heaven forbid, we ourselves might not actually trust in God, but only go through the motions, therefore making us the apostates. Let's make sure that we ourselves trust in Jesus, instead of simply knowing about Him.
